IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATE - UIL Area B Marching Contest

Officials for the 5A Area Contest have decided that it is in the best interest of our students, staff and band programs as a whole to reschedule Saturday's contest, to MONDAY, OCTOBER 26th.  The TCHS Band will be loading the buses and heading to the UIL Area B Marching Contest, at 11am on Monday, with a Preliminary Performance Time of 2pm, at Standridge Stadium, 1330 Valwood Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75006.  If you are unable to attend the Contest, but want to show the Band your support, join us outside of the band hall prior to 11am as we send the Band off with our loudest and proudest cheers.  If you are able to attend the Contest, admission is free.  Put on your pancho, grab an umbrella, and come out and show your support!!

UIL Region 24 Marching Contest

Congratulations to the TCHS Band for earning a 1st Division Rating at the UIL Region 24 Marching Contest on Saturday, October 17th.  The Band now advances to Area Competition on Saturday, October 24th.  Way to go Band!!!  #KNOCKITOUTTC

Plano East Marching Invitational - October 10, 2015

On October 10, 2015, the TCHS Band competed in the Plano East Marching Invitational. performing their 2015 Marching Show entitled, "By a Thread".  In Preliminary Class 5A competition, the TCHS Drum Majors, Percussion, and Colorguard EACH took FIRST PLACE!!! In Class 5A, the TCHS Band took 3rd place!! In the overall Invitational Preliminary and Final competitions, the TCHS Band placed 6th!!!
